I see things differently. I remember one early fall morning, I got up to see my husband off for his fishing trip. As he loaded up his truck, I noticed how the early sun was hitting a bowl of gourds I put out only days earlier. I ran and got my camera to capture the light. I was so involved, I never noticed my beloved standing in the doorway watching me click away. He finally said, “I wish I could see what you see behind that lens.” I stood there, in my bare feet and pajamas, and knew he only saw a bowl of bumpy gourds, while I saw a bowl of beautiful sunlight.

And that is my passion.

To show others how I see my world.  To share images that encourages the imagination to explore the possibilities. I seek to capture images that expose an imagined reality. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty and do what it takes to get the results that exceeds my clients’ expectations. I shoot like it’s mine. Meaning, I produce only that which I am proud to attach my name.

Photography services

My work has been published in numerous national and local publications. My still life, design, interiors, environments, and food photography have been featured in books, national magazines, and cookbooks. My photography has graced the covers of three national magazines and three books. Whether you need product shots, updated website images, rich, creative food shots, images for your company identity, or an entire set created to capture your project’s goals, I look forward to partnering with you. Writing services

My writing has appeared in numerous national magazines and publications. As a ghost writer, my skills include interviewing, researching, and editing. As a contributing editor for a national shelter magazine, I wrote, produced, and photographed in-depth features. As Chief of Social Actions, USAF, I wrote for the base newspaper and technical reports. Please contact me to discuss your needs and how I may help you meet your goals.

Styling services

My styling has appeared in numerous publications. I take great pride in each project and seek only those props, locations, and venues that enhance the product, production, or goal. I offer scouting services for locations as well as prop services. Be it an abandoned building, a public street, or my own backyard, the location of my shoot is given great consideration as well as the styling. I would love to work with you on your next project.
